a. Newsletter, Communications and Media contacts – This committee will compose the newsletter (approximately once a month), respond to questions from the website, write sample letters and send thank you letters when appropriate. Send an email to ssf.newsletter.chair@gmail.com
b. Membership – This committee will maintain the list of members of the committees and the newsletter email list of members from the website. Send an email to ssf.outreach.chair@gmail.com
c. Finance – This committee will keep the “books”, collect donations and investigate revenue generating projects. Send an email to ssf.finance.chair@gmail.com
d. Outreach – This committee will work through CTA, NEA, CTA/NEA-retired, CalRTA and AFT to inform teachers and other active workers about WEP and GPO and refer them to our website www.socialsecurityfairness.com . Send an email to ssf.outreach.chair@gmail.com
e. Legislation – This committee will monitor where S 484, HR 235 and other related bills are in the legislative process. They will maintain contact with supporters in Congress and lobby other legislators. They will make recommendations to the Steering Committee about Social Security Fairness policy. Particular attention will be made to key committee members. ssf.legislation.chair@gmail.com
f. Website – This committee will compile information to be posted on the website and design the format. ssf.website.chair@gmail.com
